Welcome — I’m Sarah.
I’m a Ceremonial Energy Healer, Reiki Master Teacher, Somatic Dance Facilitator, Somatic Healer + Educator, and soon-to-be Certified Somatic Coach specializing in the female nervous system.
I am devoted to the Mother – to helping us return to rightful relationship with this Earth.
I support women — and all humans — in learning how to process trauma, undigested emotions, and unprocessed energy through their bodies. I hold deep spaces of energy healing where trauma unravels and wholeness is remembered.

My heart is especially devoted to women’s work.
Because we’ve lived in a world shaped by patriarchal systems that have silenced our voices, gaslit our intuition, made us fear our power, and disconnected us from our inherent center of agency – women's work calls us to reclamation.
I help women remember what’s been lost: their sacred no, their genuine yes, and their essential self that has always been there beneath the protective parts they had to take on for survival. I help women come out of people-pleasing, I help them land in their authentic expression, and I help them reclaim the wildness that lives in the roots of their body. Here, we remember that our anger, our grief, our pleasure, and our power are all holy expressions of our humanity that are meant to be honored, not suppressed or pathologized.

My work is an intuitive weaving of energy medicine, somatic healing, feminine-led mentorship, intuitive movement, ceremony + ritual, and self expression. No two experiences are the same & I meet each client as the unique expression they are — while holding the threads of reclamation, rebirth, and reconnection to our natural cycles as the sacred ground we are all walking.
