This healing practice is held by the Goddess with the intention of guiding women back to the Mother. Meet Sarah
Healing Through Reconnection to Ancient Feminine Wisdom
Sarah is an intuitive healer, artist, and oracle – a devotee of freeing the voice and unwinding what keeps us small and quiet. She supports others as an energy healer, somatic healer & educator, intuitive reader, Reiki Teacher, and soon as a Body Temple Dance Teacher. Sarah walks the path of the Wild Feminine – re-communing with the wisdom, the fire, and the soul that live within the body and within the Earth. Her purpose is to walk beside women as they return to the Goddess - which is to return to the sacred feminine that lives within them and within all of Life.
"Treat it as sacred, and sacred it will be” is the energy Sarah aims to bring to all things, especially those that we have been taught to deny, shame, and suppress. She sees our rage, grief, and heartbreak as the holy doors to both our healing and to our humanity. Sarah's path to healing came out of deep need and desperation. She spent many years feeling crushed by the weight of trauma that manifested as a sense of worthlessness, freeze, and shut down. Her own healing work of liberating all of her self is the foundation that inspires her to share this work with others.
Sarah's work centers on women, as she feels that the root wound of this world lies in the suppression of the feminine. In her eyes, the feminine is the Earth, the animals, the children – the feminine is the inner world, the soul, the body, and the emotional realm. And the feminine is also her - the female form that is the gateway to this world. Sarah helps women shed the layers of inherited shame and remember their inherent sacredness. She sees the paradigms of domination, patriarchy, & colonialism as directly responsible for the disconnection that we have all experienced from our true nature. ​​She feels that the resurrection and reclamation of these vital aspects of ourselves is the doorway to our collective healing and liberation.

Through her embodied experience of this feminine spiritual path, Sarah mentors other women to remember the fire, the worth, and the magic that already live inside of them. ​Sarah's formal background includes a Bachelor's of Science in Nursing and an Associate's Degree in Health Sciences. She is certified as a Reiki Master Therapist & Teacher, HeartMath™ Trauma Sensitive Practitioner, Advanced ThetaHealing™ Practitioner, soon to be a Body Temple Dance Facilitator, and is in training to become an Herbalist.​

Sarah is a walking, breathing, beaming emanation of all that she shares. Integral, heart-centered and true. I experience and meet more of who I am through my connection with Sarah. She's assisted me in my journey of fully embracing parts of myself that were unaccepted by others, and parts that I couldn't- even if subtly- fully accept myself. While so supporting my full expression. Sarah really radiates the safety of "all of you is okay here", "all of you is welcome here", all of you is safe here". While never holding you to anything other than your fullest self. True magic is birthed through my experiences with Sarah, more than words can fully convey.
